At Willsolveit, we stand behind the quality of  products. Due to the nature of our items, we enforce a strict return policy.

Returns are accepted only if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue. Requests submitted without valid proof will be automatically rejected.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect use of the product, normal wear and tear, or minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the product’s functionality. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products, including mosquito control devices, may not be returned once they have been used.

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Refunds, if granted, will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To request a return, you must contact us via email at willsolveitstore@gmail.com, including your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photo or video evidence. Any claims made after 48 hours from the confirmed delivery time will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us will be considered a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to dispute any fraudulent claims and provide all necessary evidence to the payment provider.
