Digital products, including guides, blueprints, checklists, downloadable resources, and bonus materials, become available immediately after purchase. Because these materials can be downloaded, copied, printed, or otherwise retained by the customer, they are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Where an order contains both physical and digital products, the digital portion of the order remains non-refundable even if a physical product qualifies for replacement under this policy.
